With a focus on customer success, you'll tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of higher education institutions and facilitate their journey to sustainable adoption.
What's in it for you?
Base Salary: Between $85,000 USD and $95,000 USD.
OTE: Ranging from $106,250 USD (at $85,000 base) to $118,750 USD (at $95,000 base).

Lead the pre-sales and solutions engineering process by guiding prospective customers and empowering them to evaluate the Learning Platform across Europe, with a focus on Spain and the UK.

What we're looking for: Experience: Experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering, preferably in SaaS or educational technology.
Familiarity with higher education institutions is highly desirable.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of educational technology (LMS, VLE), SaaS solutions, APIs, systems integration, and web technology.Language Skills: Multilingual proficiency (Spanish, Italian, English).Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, writing, and storytelling abilities tailored for diverse stakeholders.Collaboration: Self-motivated and team-oriented, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused problem-solving.Travel Ability: Willingness to travel up to 60% for customer on-sites, industry events, and conferences.What you'll do: Customer Engagement: Present the Learning Platform to diverse stakeholders, from storytelling to technical deep-dives.
Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address customer-specific needs and challenges.
Manage technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs, delivering compelling and competitive solutions.
Partner with Regional Directors to craft and execute strategic account plans.Solution Design and Support: Analyse and map customer goals to products and solutions.
Facilitate evaluations, proof of concept, and implementation support for prospective customers.
Ensure seamless transition of prospects to customers, supporting long-term success.Industry Representation: Represent at trade shows, conferences, and webinars to build thought leadership.
Provide market insights to leadership, contributing to the evolution of the product portfolio.The Interview Process
