Veriff is hiring a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking Solutions Engineer (EMEA) - Bilingual for our EMEA GTM Team to support our global enterprise clients. As a Solutions Engineer with Veriff, you will partner cross-functionally to provide technical insight and expertise as it relates to prospects and/or customers. The Solutions Engineer is a highly visible technical and product expert in the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales process, and a primary driver for internal advancement of customer requirements and ultimately customer success.
Decreasing the time to revenue when aligning a customer to their implementation and onboardingPartnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries Building and maintaining trust with customers by leveraging client context to understand customer goals and create a value-based relationshipWorking closely with the sales team on account strategy and identifying additional opportunities in existing accountsDeveloping and delivering exceptional company/product presentations and demonstrationsWork with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective with the goal of developing a more robust and innovative core productManaging customer integrations, developing plans that are tailored to each client's needs in order to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have: 4+ years of sales engineering, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering experience within the SaaS industrySoftware development background and experience collaborating with, product, engineering, and GTM OR Sales TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrationsHighly developed interpersonal and client-facing skillsPrevious experience supporting global clients particularly within the LATAM region.
