Key Responsibilities:Engagement Management: Lead and manage different phases of engagements related to o9 Solutions Demand Supply Planning.Solution Design: Design and develop techno-functional solutions tailored to client needs.Requirements Specification: Gather and specify detailed requirements for the o9 solution.Functional Consulting: Provide expert consulting on functionalities implemented within the o9 solution.Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of deployed planning processes to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.Client Interaction: Manage relationships with clients, particularly at the senior technical management level, to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for the solutions designed and implemented.Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and team members on the o9 solution.Project Estimation: Assist in project estimation and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals).Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management and o9 solutions.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.At least 3+ years of experience in o9 tool solutioning.At least 9+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.Preferred Qualifications:At least 9+ years of experience in value chain management handling supply demand planning solutions.Experience in application development and system architecture design.Proficiency in o9's proprietary IBPL language, Action Buttons, Reports/Workspace, o9 Solver configuration, and performance improvement.Experience working with o9 Ref products Demand, Supply, MEIO.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong knowledge of software product issues.Experience managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.Proven track record in delivering enterprise solution implementations.Proficiency in programming languages like R and Python.Experience in project estimation and RFP is an added advantage.Experience with other supply chain products like BY is an added advantage.Proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, and SQL.Company Overview: Pi-square technologies is a Michigan (USA) Headquartered Automotive Embedded Engineering Services company, Synergy Partner for major OEMs and Tier 1s and their implementation partners in Automotive Embedded Product Development, Projects, Requirements Analysis, Software Design, Software Implementation, Efficient Build, Release Process, and turnkey software V V Services.
