About The Role The person we are looking for will provide valuable support to the Solution Delivery team , learning and familiarizing with automation tools, through guided training sessions and self-directed learning.
Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support automated order processing to facilitate accurate, smooth and efficient order entry in different systems, such as Esker and EDI.
Creation of reports and analytical activities.
Support in transactional tasks (Manual intervention on EDI order, electronic invoicing/ order confirmations/delivery notes).
Attend meetings/calls in both local language and English at a European level.
What Are We Looking For In You: Graduated in a Bachelor´s or Master's, in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related.
Fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
Customer care orientation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.
High level of English (B2+ or above) and Spanish.
