Job Description Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing all the activities related to pre-sales and resource planning.
This position is full time, exempt, remote and required to travel in the EU/UK per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods. Fluency in German and English are required.
Responsibilities: Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviews Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes / assessments for prospective customers Provide mentorship and development for account executives Create technical scoping activities Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs Qualifications Required Skills: Fluency in German and English Strong ability to influence executives and business owners Ability to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customers High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc) Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this position Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work in a high paced, high growth environment Education/Experience: BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management. At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations/CI/Compliance leadership role.
