The Solutions Architect - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) directly interfaces with our customers and partners to deliver Workiva solutions (particularly GRC solutions - audit, risk, controls and compliance) that help achieve successful customer outcomes.
This role also contributes to customer documentation, continued learning, and enablement for internal resources, customers, and partners.
The Solutions Architect works closely with other internal teams cross-functionally including project management, customer success, support, solution engineering, and product development to deliver outstanding customer implementations across Europe.What You'll DoLeads the delivery of Workiva solutions contracted services to customers and partners.Performs detailed discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements.Creates a solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva platform.Directly interfaces with customers and partners to deliver standardized solutions.Maintains and enhances knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform through a commitment to ongoing training.Participates in ongoing internal and customer training efforts.What You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.4+ years of experience in service delivery role, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.English and Spanish fluency.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience within SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred.Experience working within a consulting or public accounting firm preferred.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly.Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.Ability to influence and drive change in business processes.A strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services.Familiarity with any of the following: SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus.Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships.Working ConditionsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.Up to 25% travel.Where You'll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
