We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Solutions Architect within Everyday Banking IT you will work on the functional architecture of applications and how they interact with other systems in the Architecture Landscape of Santander UK, Group and rd Parties.The team effectively works as an Architecture Community across domains sharing reusable patterns and solutions learnt on projects, independently of projects and domains.The EDB area covers core banking including personal accounts, savings, fixed term deposits, unsecured lending, customer information, accounting, product catalogue, and referencing information, as well as insurance, investments, private banking and financial support.This role is to work within the core banking elements of EDB relating to personal and small to medium enterprise business customers functions.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :Production of a Solution Design Document.Production and maintenance of the Service Domain document which details core / system and BaaS APIs in a specific BIAN Service Domain.Sequence Diagrams for functional flows.Layer diagrams to show the data flow and interactions between APIs, applications and services.Review the As Is documentation.Review requirements in the form of user stories, sprint reviews and DDPs.Application interaction diagrams.Work with respective domain EAs to ensure pattern and strategy alignment of solutions
