About SQLI SQLI Group is a digital agency, with 30 years leading the implementation and management of digital devices for a reinvented user experience.We are over 2500 talents in more than 13 countries and 3 continents.We are a human touch company & key partner of the largest international companies with global projects.We #Perceive #Challenge#Deliver #Inspire The Job We are hiring a Solutions Architect that is accountable for proactively and holistically supporting Enterprise Architecture activities within the Product Groups and Platforms that fit within the overall Enterprise Architecture and meet the product group strategy.Solutions Architects provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a product or a set of products within a product group.She/He works closely with DevOps / development teams and suppliers to ensure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way according to the product strategy and the overall value for money objectives linked to the IT strategy.The Solutions Architect is also accountable for supervising the design and integration execution within the scope of their product/production group/ platform, collaborating with the integration platform team.She/He owns solution architecture specification.What is this all about?Strategy DevelopmentYou will manage and develop the architecture for a broader scope of products / platforms, working closely with application architects that manage and design architecture for a single product or product group.You will delives the architectural design for products or product groups and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.You will facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.You will define the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.IntegrationYou will deliver the integration of solutions within the product / product group / platform and implements the integration strategy for cross-product group purposes.You'll lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across a product group based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.Risk managementYou'll identifie the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solution architectureOperational effectiveness and efficiencyYou'll monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.You will define and documents the guidelines, standards and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture visionYou will designs and lead the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and complianceStakeholder engagementYou will engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.Main RelationshipsEnterprise Architecture Community / guildBusiness audience Tech Leads IT Product ManagersIT SecurityProduct management organizations of strategic vendors Your profile Who are you?Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including solution architecture, technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organisation.Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams.Experience in technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and associated ecosystem.Experience in documenting End-to-End architectures using selected UML diagrams.
