We want our teams and leaders to bring their best each day!THE ROLEWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to drive our integrations and connectors portfolio.
This role demands a strong technical foundation, expertise in integration architecture, and a customer-centric approach to designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
An understanding of translation and localization workflows, file formats, and challenges is a strong advantage.The Solutions Architect will:Collaborate with clients to capture and analyze requirements.Support our sales team in meetings, RFPs, demos.Define integration workflows and data mappings.Direct cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.Oversee successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and onboarding.Serve as a subject matter expert on our technology stack, including TMS, editing platforms, and NLP/AI solutions.Requirement Management:Capture and manage technical requirements from initial scoping to deployment.Pre-Sales Support:Provide technical expertise to sales and service delivery teams, including demos and consultation during pre-sales engagements.RFP/Contract Assistance:Contribute technical insights and solution designs for RFPs and customer contracts.Solution Design:Develop architecture diagrams, dataflows, and prototypes.
Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Implementation Leadership:Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.System Expertise:Act as the go-to expert for integration with enterprise-grade Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) platforms, and related tools.Testing & Validation:Establish and execute rigorous testing processes for integrations, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.Documentation & Training:Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, deliver training sessions to customers and internal teams, and enhance internal processes.Customer Advocacy:Act as the customer's voice to influence product development and prioritize features that align with client needs.Support Escalation:Provide advanced technical support for critical customer issues.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Web Development, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 4 years in a technical pre/post-sales or solutions architecture role within language services, language technology, or content management industries.Technical Skills:Proficiency with API documentation, SaaS platforms, and enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is required.Domain Knowledge:Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS), Machine Translation (MT), and other language technology tools is highly desirable.CMS Expertise:Knowledge of enterprise CMS, PIM platforms, and related systems.Analytical Ability:Strong aptitude for mapping data flows and designing architecture and process diagrams.Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.Interpersonal Skills:Confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and executives.Customer Focus:Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.Technical Acumen:Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand product architecture.Problem Solving:Passion for crafting innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.Toppan Digital Language is committed to equality in employment and is able to consider any necessary adjustments during the recruitment process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
