Solutions Architect - Madrid Architecture of the systems and applications of the Corporate Functions areas including Human Resources.
Applications are based on the PaaS and IaaS, SaaS product (Servicenow, Salesforce...) 2 days office based, 3 days home office per week.
JOB TARGET We are looking for an experienced Architect to define and maintain end-to-end solution architectures of digital services within the Application Service for the Human Resources domain.
You will perform architectural designs for specific projects / customer journeys, with attention to non-functional requirements, and optimal integration with other domains and platforms, always finding a good balance between cost and quality.
You will also advise on implementation planning and provide guidance to engineers on execution according to architectural design.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform methodological and detailed examinations of the As-Is situation and document this in architecture repository using the ArchiMate modelling language.
Defines and manages loosely coupled and scalable Digital Services Architecture (end-to-end chain), that is adaptive to change, with sufficient demarcation and decoupling points to other domains.
Help in defining realistic and ambitious implementation plan, also taking non-functional requirements into account.
Make sure your solution fits within the enterprise landscape by taking into account the input received from the domain architect.
Sync with the delivery teams and architects so the solution in line with all standards and frameworks.
Present and support your solution towards the architecture and delivery organisations Coordinate with the delivery team to make sure the proposed architecture is in line with actual design.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Have a good all-round knowledge of current architectural concepts and methodologies.
Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the solution and to high-priority business issues Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business ArchiMate modelling language A software development background is necessary as you will need to work with people who work in different technology stacks.
At least 5 years of experience in Architecture is required PERSONAL COMPETENCIES Very good communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations The ability to act as liaison between Business and IT Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
