We want our teams and leaders to bring their best each day!THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to drive our integrations and connectors portfolio. This role demands a strong technical foundation, expertise in integration architecture, and a customer-centric approach to designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. An understanding of translation and localization workflows, file formats, and challenges is a strong advantage.The Solutions Architect will:Collaborate with clients to capture and analyze requirements.Support our sales team in meetings, RFPs, demos.Define integration workflows and data mappings.Direct cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.Oversee successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and onboarding.Serve as a subject matter expert on our technology stack, including TMS, editing platforms, and NLP/AI solutions.Requirement Management: Capture and manage technical requirements from initial scoping to deployment.Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to sales and service delivery teams, including demos and consultation during pre-sales engagements.RFP/Contract Assistance: Contribute technical insights and solution designs for RFPs and customer contracts.Solution Design: Develop architecture diagrams, dataflows, and prototypes. Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Implementation Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.System Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for integration with enterprise-grade Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) platforms, and related tools.Testing & Validation: Establish and execute rigorous testing processes for integrations, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
