Descripción del empleo We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead and manage end-to-end solution architecture, working collaboratively with key areas such as Security, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, and more. This role will align with the Enterprise Architecture strategy within the domain.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring coordination with different architecture disciplines (Security, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.) in alignment with the overall enterprise strategy. Document complex As-Is, Transition, and Target Architectures, ensuring consistency with associated roadmaps. Develop and maintain strategies and roadmaps, aligning diverse stakeholders across various technologies and business areas, both locally and globally. Possess strong knowledge of Digital Architecture, APIs, Microservices, Big Data, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with domain-relevant software packages. Understand and have experience in the migration and decommissioning of legacy technologies, transitioning to new technologies while eliminating obsolescence. Requisitos Mandatory Requirements: Extensive experience in IT systems design and solutions architecture. Strong ability to create practical, workable architectures that align with IT principles and standards, while adhering to appropriate governance frameworks. Exceptional skills in collaboration and the ability to communicate complex concepts, both written and verbal. Demonstrated experience in diplomatically challenging and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders and colleagues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
