Solution Specialist

We are looking for a Solution Specialist to join an international company,a leading software provider in the utilities sector that has opened offices in Madrid.As a Solution Specialist, you would be responsible for the 1st level assistance:· Defines, carries out and documents test cases of functionality and modules;· Produces the manuals for the software produced;· Provides second level support services;· Provides operational training to customers;· Supports the customer in software parameterization;· Knows how to explain the functionality of some product areas in a clear and complete way, highlighting the effects of parameterization choices;· Supports the commercial area in presenting the software to customers and prospects.Requirements:Experience in the technology sectorPreferably previous experience in utility productsKnowledge of GIS Sytems or cartographyNative Spanish and fluent in EnglishBenefits:Permanent employment contract directly with the companyHybrid working methodologyInternational environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
