The solution management lead is a role that will coordinates the design, development, testing and deployment of systems and complex solutions across the European markets, but especially for VF-Germany, in line with business needs and the OSS domain strategy. Focus on designing and implementing the systems which ensure the proper planning, optimization and configuration of the Radio Access Network. Accountable to manage the entire lifecycle of the systems and solutions in this area. Coordinates the translation of business demands into technical requirements and identifies the affected areas. Checks feasibility of demands with regard to local business needs and will have the following responsibilities:
Design the Software Architecture of the systems included in the Operational Readiness domain in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces.
Design and develop the IT solution in terms of application software, IT hardware, operating system and databases
Define test lists, plans and execute validation activities together with OSS Planning Tools team and local business.
What you bring
Deep knowledge of telecommunication business in terms of IT and Network technologies
Deep knowledge of the most adopted RAN planning systems (supporting frequency planning, prediction, RAN configuration Mgt., site planning, e.g. ATOLL, Pace4G, ActixOne & others)
Deep knowledge of most common IT development frameworks and domains' specific software tools and IT architecture
Software development lifecycle experience
