Job Description As part of the local support team for Eurofins' corporate applications, this role enhances the team's capabilities in response to the anticipated increase in activity.
The Local Finance IT team aims to provide support, develop, and optimize IT tools for the Finance, Procurement, and HR departments of Eurofins in Spain.
The scope of work may expand based on business requirements or team initiatives.
This role involves close collaboration with business leaders in Spain as well as with functional leaders at an international level within the Group.
The position reports directly to the Finance/Solution IT Manager in Spain.
Due to the nature of the project, this position is initially offered as a fixed-term contract (1 year).
Key Responsibilities and Tasks: - Provide support for Finance (AX2012), Procurement (Coupa), Travel Expenses (Notilus), HR (MENTOR/LABOR), and future applications, under the guidance of area leaders.
- Identify and lead the development of ad-hoc projects to address specific needs related to the managed areas and applications.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops for users.
- Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and training materials.
- Conduct acceptance and regression testing to ensure application quality and functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity in user processes and propose effective solutions.
- Propose and execute projects that deliver tangible business value.
- Oversee the integration of new companies into the existing application framework, ensuring a smooth transition.
Qualifications Professional Profile: Technical Skills and Experience: - Education: Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in systems integration, with specific experience in AX2012, Coupa, Notilus, or Mentor/Labor being particularly valuable.
- Technical skills:Experience in data analysis, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and databases considered a strong asset.
- User interaction:Proven experience in training and providing support to end users, ensuring effective communication.
- Languages:Fluent in English, essential for interaction with international teams.
Key Personal Qualities: - Highly autonomous and proactive, with a results-driven and hands-on approach.
- Capable of leading initiatives, taking ownership of practical tasks, and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical profiles.
- Rigorous, organised, and detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality outcomes across all tasks.
Job Conditions: - Location: Office in Barcelona (Esplugues de Llobregat).
- Working mode:Flexibility to work remotely up to 30% of the time 2 days per week at home).
- Contract: Initially a fixed-term contract for one year (6 months + 6 months), with genuine opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
- Travel:Occasional, estimated at up to 15%, mainly within Spain.
- Availability: Immediate start.
