Tasks and Qualifications: Tasks: Taking over the preparation of quotations for modernization/expansion projects. Project processing within the set deadline and budget framework, adherence to the quotation process, synchronization of external and internal milestones. Elaboration and analysis of customer requirements (technical), concept creation in cooperation with the responsible department. Instruction or support in the creation of drawings and/or creation of drawings by hand. Arrangement, preparation and implementation of customer workshops. Preparation of technical and costing documents. Specification, obtaining offers and support or calculation of all trades. Supporting sales and sales managers in technical matters as well as supporting and coordinating the specialist departments involved. Coordination with IT, electrical engineering, project management regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, coordination regarding acceptance and ramp-up support. Qualifications: Higher degree (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a focus on logistics) or a comparable qualification. Ideally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness. Experience in the logistics sector desirable. Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries. Ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as analytical working methods. Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
