Key Responsibilities Work with Global Solution Leads to ensure the success of Solutions in driving Sales for Accenture.
Develop content for solutions, covering narrative, rationale (why), scope (what), and implementation (how), while refining content for all elements of the solution.
Ensure the consistency and enrichment of solutions by integrating content and insights from multiple businesses, markets, clients, ecosystem partners, etc.
Contextualize horizontal solutions for industries or functions.
Work with business stakeholders to incorporate the latest thinking and feedback from client/CAL.
Adhere to solutions' standards and agile solution delivery methods.
Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to meet the needs of the target user personas, using a data-based approach to evolve the current solution.
Work with the solution team to identify risks, mitigation strategies, and quality issues as they arise.
Drive awareness and facilitate activation of solutions within the market and sales teams.
Requisitos You are: Content Development Leads play a pivotal role in developing these key industry solutions through collaboration with senior leadership and solution teams, from strategy to the final solution. They possess skills in content development, curation, storytelling & stakeholder management. They apply agile ways of working to collaborate across the Accenture network to curate, develop and mature specific content for a multi-service solution to the highest degree. They ensure consistency and enrichment of solution content working with various stakeholders from businesses, markets, clients, partners, etc. to develop market-relevant solutions.
They also mitigate risks by ensuring the content meets the legal standards and requirements. Additionally, they may contextualize horizontal solutions for industries or functions, working with other CDLs collaboratively on shared outcomes. The Content Developer will be staffed to priority solution teams based on skills and experience.
Required Work Experience & Skills 8+ years professional experience in the industry or adjacent industries; with 2+ years of client facing consulting experience as a plus.
Proven track record working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Proven success guiding and partnering with multiple senior executives.
Proven expertise in one or many of the business areas Accenture works in.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
High ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving business needs.
Product Management experience and understanding a plus.
Understanding of agile ways of working and storytelling a plus.
Previous experience building compelling narratives out of existing materials a plus.
Previous experience in sales, proposal development, advertising, marketing, strategy, transformation a plus.
