What you will do in your work We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join the AUKI - BackOffice Workflows product team, part of Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (SCIB) global division. You will be part of the global strategic program for SCIB named AUKI, focusing on the BackOffice Workflows stream that aims to redesign and implement a new orchestrated solution for the global back-office workflow. This young and multicultural team is distributed between Spain, Poland, and Brazil. The technical stack is mainly Java Springboot, REST APIs, and a BPMN orchestration platform (Camunda). As a Technical Product Owner, you will have the following responsibilities: Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the user, the business, and the technology. Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products. Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. Set sprint goals. Plan releases and upgrades. Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
