What you will do in your work We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join the AUKI - BackOffice Workflows product team, part of Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (SCIB) global division. You will be part of the global strategic program for SCIB named AUKI, with focus on the BackOffice Workflows stream that aims to redesign and implement a new orchestrated solution for the global back-office workflow. This young and multicultural team is distributed between Spain, Poland, and Brazil. The technical stack is mainly Java Springboot, REST APIs and an BPMN orchestration platform (Camunda). As a Technical Product Owner, you will be working and collaborating on a daily basis with several dev and support teams, business users, business analysts, product owners, production teams, etc. As Technical Product Owner you would have the following responsibilities: Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
