Confidential What you will do in your work We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join the AUKI - BackOffice Workflows product team, part of Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (SCIB) global division. You will be part of the global strategic program for SCIB named AUKI, with focus on the BackOffice Workflows stream that aims to redesign and implement a new orchestrated solution for the global back-office workflow. This young and multicultural team is distributed between Spain, Poland, and Brazil. The technical stack is mainly Java Springboot, REST APIs and an BPMN orchestration platform (Camunda). As a Technical Product Owner, you will be working and collaborating on a daily basis with several dev and support teams, business users, business analysts, product owners, production teams, etc. As Technical Product Owner you would have the following responsibilities: • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. • Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap. • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the user, the business, and the technology. • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products. • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. • Set sprint goals. • Plan releases and upgrades. • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints. • Identifying potential risks in projects and taking proactive measures to mitigate them. • Support the team and the product! Confidential What we are looking for Experience & Education • 5+ years of experience in similar roles and technologies; • 3+ years of experience on working in Agile Teams and tools, like JIRA and Confluence; • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level; • Knowledge of Scrum methodology as well Waterfall; • Elementary knowledge in financial products in the wholesale banking environment; • High level of English; • Knowledge of Spanish (desirable); • PMI PMP Certification & CSPO Certification (desirable) ; Skills & knowledge • Technical background and experience on delivering enterprise applications; • Organizational, time management and leadership skills; • Excellent attitude and ability to adapt to different environments and work teams in a management role; • Motivation, responsibility, and outstanding involvement in critical and committed situations; • Notable interest in assuming new challenges with flexibility and adaptability; • Used to work in teams with very dynamic environments and a high component of uncertainty; • Interest in learning new technologies and contribution to Digital Transformation; • Pragmatic and results-oriented; Confidential What we offer Welcome to the #TheSantanderEffect.
