About the Team
Workday Presales Solution Consultants partner with our sales teams to identify customer pain points, and then propose and demonstrate solutions that leverage Workday Strategic Sourcing and Spend Management solutions.
Successful WSS Solution Consultants are strategic advisors to CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs in organizations across Spain.
About the Role
Workday is looking for an experienced Presales Solution Consultant with Strategic Sourcing expertise to join our Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) Presales Team. If you have deep knowledge of sourcing/procurement software and/or possess software Presales experience, this is your chance to help procurement organizations improve their sourcing operations and become a trusted partner to the business through adoption of a modern, comprehensive, and user-friendly Spend Management Solution.
About You Your required experience and qualifications include: Four year degree from an accredited institution or 3 or more years of relevant industry experience.2 or more years of expertise in interactive customer discovery and analysis of current operations and business needs.Track record of leading workshops with multilevel internal and external participants.Strong public speaking and presentation skills to engage an audience.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Drive and motivation to take on additional responsibilities over time.Willingness to travel.Excited to embody Workday's core values of caring for employees, customer service, innovation, integrity, profitability, and most importantly FUN!Your preferred experience and qualifications include: Strategic Sourcing / Procurement experience / SCM experience.Experience with value-based selling.Experience of delivering custom SaaS demonstrations and running proofs of concept/pilots.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
