Responsibilities As a Solution Consultant, you will play a vital role in Goodays' exponential growth plan. You will join a team of highly talented SC professionals as a part of the sales team in France to achieve ambitious, but realistic, new business targets. As we're growing fast, you'll adapt and grow with us, eventually taking on new challenges and responsibilities in your role. In this role, you will be responsible for: Collaborate with sales executives to craft differentiated value propositions addressing customer pain points. Develop and maintain value content that highlights key product features. Serve as the primary internal sales resource for 1st-level product and technical presentations. Establish a pre-sales framework to accelerate the sales cycle, focusing on understanding customer needs and building compelling value propositions. Facilitate prospect understanding while coordinating with Engagement Managers and Solution Engineers for seamless sales alignment. Build a dynamic demonstration framework using scripts aligned with key value themes, ensuring updates to fit evolving product messaging. Manage customer expectations by leveraging our unique differentiators, and supporting the sales bid process including RFI/RFP responses. Act as a key liaison between sales, product management, and marketing, providing customer feedback to improve product offerings. Stay informed about market trends and competitor landscapes, supporting global sales efforts across France, UK, EMEA, and ROW
