ES is responsible for partnering with customers to enable sustainable improvement, including expanding and advancing operational and financial performance, fostering clinical excellence, and increasing patient and staff satisfaction.We define Value Partnerships that consist of handling large and complex long-term projects, incorporating medical equipment and high value-added operational, digital, educational, and consulting services from Siemens Healthineers and even third parties to improve clinical workflows.Your main responsibilities:- Drive expansion of Enterprise Services by leading a multidisciplinary team to develop Value Partnerships with customers.- Value based approach:- Promote initiatives and solutions in the medtech market that enable customer transformation and innovation with high clinical impact.- Deploy value based holistic approaches focusing on innovative technology, productivity, and sustainability.- Solution Architecture:- Define challenging and complex solutions based on medical technology, digital solutions, educational, consulting and operational services that allow customers to achieve their strategic goals and improve quality of healthcare based on our innovative portfolio, focusing on clinical areas like Oncology, Neurology, Surgery, Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiology, etc.- Define and apply new business models that drive changes in healthcare organizations, such as long-term partnerships and clinical-focused new service models.- Ensure understanding of customer key driver factors and pain points to define project scope and requirements.- Opportunity Management:- Strong focus on lead nurturing and opportunities development.- Ensure extensive sales support to the local sales organization and technical collaboration and knowledge transfer to boost lead generation.- Bid management and solutions architecture definition based on the SH portfolio and aligned with current market trends.Manage funnel of opportunities and business development according to the internal methodologies in place (PM@, CRM).Manage and register opportunities in the CRM system together with the Sales Organization.Support ES Business Development Strategy to define the future landscape of ES Value Partnerships and solutions.What do you need for developing this position:Background and experience in the Healthcare medtech market (more than 5 years)
