Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group.
Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
You will work on
Ensures the SAPEX solution for his/her stream is designed and built according to approved requirements utilizing the latest technology and Hydro's best practisesEnsures the Global template integrity is maintained i.e.
that the Global Template is not compromised as a result of the introduction of new configuration and/or developmentsCollects, analyses, and documents business requirements and translates them into technical solutionsAnalyses business requirements and validates technical solutions proposed by the regional solution teamMonitors the template change requests and prepares or validates the preparation for the Change Control Board meetings to facilitate the approval process with solution proposalsReviews and approves Functional Design Documents and oversees the template development processProvides template process playback to business usersDuring implementation projects ensures the solution is designed and built according to approved scopeMentors and functionally leads the team of Functional Consultants, making sure they understand the design decisions so that they can autonomously take care of their implementation, testing, training and go-live supportWorks closely and aligns with the global Business Process Owners and Template (E2E) Solution Architects in EU and US

Your Qualifications And Skills
Five years plus working with SAP or variant in a hands-on project environmentExperience in enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable successExpert level understanding of the SAP product suiteExtensive experience with SAP configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controlsExperience defining business requirements, writing functional design documentationExpert level experience of SAP modules and underlying architecture, designExperience in designing SAP software componentsExperience integrating SAP with different business systems, as well as working with integration toolsExpert level understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologiesExperience in greenfield, brownfield, and rollout projects, project phases, SAP Activate and Agile project methodologiesExperience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotiveExperience in people managementCollege or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)Strong spoken and written EnglishCustomizing knowledgeABAP Debug experienceIntegration understanding (iDocs, EDI messages)Skilled Office 365 userStrong oral and written communication skillsTeam playerAble to travel up to 50%Driving license
