Job description:As Microsoft Solution Architect, specialized on Microsoft 365, you are part of the IT Operations Department and you will be responsible for the O365 & Azure governance management of Mantu's tenant. By your expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, you will lead the Digital Workplace team and be a pioneer on the deployment of Microsoft 365 products on our environment. This position will offer a variety of responsibility, from being hands-on to working with other technical teams and by your leadership on developing innovative solutions and answering our Business needs.
By joining our team, you will:Work with IT clients to understand their business and technical requirements to design O365 solutions to improve our employee experience and interface Microsoft products to our internal ERP.Be the O365 Subject Matter Expert within the business and end users, responsible for delivering enterprise-sized O365 solutions.Define and develop standard and security policy (Conditional access, DLP, Audit...) to improve our global Information System integrity.Mentor and coach more junior administrators within the team through both performance management and community-led collaboration.Ideal profile:Solid experience and skill on Power App and Power AutomateStrong knowledge on Microsoft Security CenterGood knowledge of on-premise Microsoft products as MS Exchange 2016, Microsoft Server 2019 & Active DirectoryGood communication skills in English (oral and written communication)Teamwork and knowledge sharingAdaptability (work in a continuously changing environment)Self-driven and motivated to learn
