The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.Bilbao HQ OfficeThe Solution Architect will design high-level solutions and provide expert advice and counsel to business management and IT project teams for complex systems and solutions to support project teams and develop business programs.The main focus will be on adaptation and maintenance of application systems.This is a role; so, you can expect to be in the office two to three days a week as required and should live within a commuting distance to the office.ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical expertise to advise business management and IT project teams on systems of the most complex nature.Launch and execute business-oriented programs.Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode together with Solution Analysts.Review all RFI's and RFP's and check that they comply with the approved evaluation process, Sibelco principles and criteria to select suppliers that best fit the RFP.QualificationsMaster's degree in IT or equivalent through experience.At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.Knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes: ERP (SAP), HR solution (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), production reporting tool (MES), planning tool (OMP+), financial consolidation (Tagetik), BI (PowerBI, Azure BI).A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical and able to work independently.Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish are a must.But most importantly, if you embrace our core values, and if this role sparks your enthusiasm to apply your passion to contribute in a meaningful way as a part of Sibelco's team of unique talents within a diverse international business community, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
