For one of our clients – a leader in sustainable marine cargo handling, offering a diverse portfolio of products and services, we are searching for experienced, responsible, and proactive people for the role of Solution Architect – EPM or HFM Expertise (Fully Remote from Bulgaria 3425 to 3630 EUR). Essential Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for HFM/EPM-related initiatives and own the architecture and development of the EPM tools;Identify opportunities to modernize and streamline EPM processes and build advanced functionalities while simplifying outdated structures;Enhance application capabilities, manage integrations, and maintain system configurations;Train and support global users, ensuring smooth operations and adoption; lead change management and ensure system reliability;Drive testing, incident resolution, and ongoing maintenance of EPM platforms, including HFM;Manage Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) as part of our finance consolidation solutions;Work closely with Finance, IM, and other business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions;Collaborate with external service providers to ensure system optimization.Requirements:Strong knowledge of EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan) or experience in finance consolidation processes and system administration, including HFM;A track record of translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions;Hands-on ability to configure systems and create advanced calculations;Familiarity with enterprise-level architectural design principles;Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing virtual teams and stakeholders;A proactive approach with a focus on delivering value through continuous improvement;Solid command of the English language, both verbal and written;A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.Our client offers:Competitive salary;Great work/life balance, enjoy 25 days of paid leave;Full-time, stable employment;Social benefits package;Fully remote from Bulgaria with standard working time;Lead impactful projects at a global level and collaborate with a diverse and supportive team;Be part of an innovative environment that values your expertise and ideas.If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next
