Ihre AufgabenManage the entire sales pre-cycle from qualification to implementation team handover.Supporting and maintaining the pre-sales process throughout the sales cycle.Facilitating scoping meetings to understand the prospect's business challenges.Identifying the necessary internal resources, such as industry experts and client advocates, to ensure success.Developing a value-based approach to address the prospect's business issues, including defining success criteria.Collaborating with the sales team to define the scope of proposed solutions and deliverables.Optimising proposed solutions to enhance implementation team success and meet prospect requirements.Creating customer-facing documentation, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with sales and marketing.Providing input on value-based ROI proposals.Technical ProficiencyERP Systems Expertise: Experienced in the use of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, Ivanti Cloud Management, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, and SAP to streamline and standardise business processes.Data Centralisation within ERP: Have experience centralising data from various functions (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.) within ERP systems.Understanding Modern ERP Solutions: Understand the cloud-based solutions provided by modern ERPs.Cloud Migration Guidance: Guided organisations in migrating to the cloud for scalability, access to advanced features, and alignment with technology trends.Solution Design Proficiency: Proficient in implementing solution design for logical apps, functions, and self-service or low-code tools to improve enterprise processes.Ihr ProfilBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience.Minimum 7 years overall experience in Implementation, Project Management, Operations, Sales, and/or Solutions role.Minimum 5 years' experience in Management Consulting preferred.Proven & verifiable track record of successful leadership.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.A genuine team player and leader who will complement Drees & Sommer existing team whilst driving growth and helping us continuously improve.Your enthusiasm and passion for exercising best industry practices is what sets you apart from the rest.Your significant previous experience in a Presales or Consulting role means you can hit the ground running.You'll have a deep understanding of Customer Centric practices, Insights & Management processes.Communicating well is one of your strengths; you are articulate and adaptable and able to deliver presentations credibly to a varied audience.You create demonstrations and presentations that are impactful and tailored to meet the customers' needs.You are energised by supporting, guiding, and leading others directly or indirectly.You are happy to travel as part of the role and spend time client-facing.Doing the best for your customer is one of your key motivators.
