Your role As a Hands-on Solution Architect your main responsibilities will involve: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion. Lead the architecture and design of scalable, robust solutions to meet business requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Not afraid to create some prototype software yourself. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap. Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Lead adoption and integration of AI tools and models (co-pilot style) capabilities for our Agents. Your Skills and Experience As a Hands-on Solution Architect your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python. Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, as well as database systems and cloud technologies. Experience with Generative AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. Working with machine learning algorithms and concepts, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP). Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex software systems. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate developers.
