Along the journey, we'll provide you with a nurturing environment where you can be part of something truly extraordinary and make a real difference for companies and the planet.Job title - Solution Architect – Client SuccessWhat you'll do for us...Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, o9's solutions, technical architecture and value proposition.Own the executing experience with regards to supporting supply chain planning applications, by leading multiple customer success teams to deliver the results.Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads, and validating the e2e workflowsLead customer sessions in the issue reviewing, adoption analysis and ticket trend analysis. Able to differentiate the scope of solution bugs vs solution change requests, and making recommendations to fix or workaround issues on industry best practicesProperly scope the customer success team's work, by following customer success team's internal process and guidelinesWork with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution processManage customer's escalation and communication with Customer Success Managers.Work closely with Customer Success Manager or Portfolio Owner, on gathering client reporting data, to create dashboards for cadence review.Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development teams
