Join our team as a Survey Manager in our Marine Survey Division Tecnoambiente, a subsidiary of Tradebe, is a multidisciplinary geoscience and environmental consultancy, with its own accredited laboratory.
Specialized in the marine environment, offshore and coastal, we perform hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical and environmental surveys and studies for projects in Europe, West Africa, and Latin America.
What will you do?

You will oversee the planning, execution, and management of data acquisition projects, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Leading a team of skilled surveyors, you'll coordinate survey activities and optimize vessel utilization to minimize standby time.
Reporting to the Head of Offshore Operations, your role is crucial in delivering accurate and timely survey outcomes.

Oversee Surveys: Prepare and execute hydrographic, geophysical, and geotechnical surveys, ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor and Correct: Track acquisition progress, identify issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
Lead and Mentor Team: Manage and mentor a team of Marine Scientists while working closely with Heads of Geophysical/Geotechnical Operations.
Provide Updates: Regularly update on project status, deliverables, and any arising issues.
Ensure Quality and Safety: Implement quality control procedures, conduct risk assessments, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
Manage Logistics: Handle vessel and equipment selection, operational survey documentation, and lead vessel mobilization as needed.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor degree in geoscience disciplines 10 years of demonstrated offshore experience including Party Chief roles for hydrographic campaign.
MS Office, QGIS, Qinsy, EIVA Navisuite software, gINT, Kingdom.
Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment.
