We are committed to delivering delicious and safe products to our consumers while adhering to the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Formulation and Recipe Development:Work closely with the R&D team to develop and refine beverage formulations.Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and raw materials.Conduct trials and tests to optimize product taste, consistency, and quality.Process Control:Implement and manage production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.Monitor and adjust production parameters as needed to meet quality standards.Identify and resolve any deviations from quality specifications.ISO Audits:- Lead ISO audit processes to ensure compliance with international quality standards.- Maintain ISO certifications and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Quality Assurance Programs:- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to enhance product quality and safety.- Establish and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.Hygiene and Safety Regulations:Oversee and enforce hygiene and safety regulations in the production facility.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality assurance professionals.Provide training and guidance to ensure a strong and capable team.Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.- Prepare regular reports on quality and safety performance for senior management.Supplier and Vendor Management:- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain and improve the quality of incoming materials.- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in food science, Quality Assurance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the beverage industry.Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.Proficient in food safety regulations and quality control procedures.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of product quality.Certification in quality management (e.G., ASQ, Six Sigma) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
