At Kapres Technology we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator with focus on API Gateway Administration to work for a multinational client in the insurance sector.This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in solution delivery and maintenance activities delivered by the Enterprise Service Gateway (ESG) CA LAYER 7 product operations team for the company.Main tasks and responsibilities:1. Provide daily operations support and maintenance3. Provide troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, recovery planning, and implementation5. Deliver Incident, Problem, and Change fixes7. Certificate management & SSL configuration9. Capacity planning management11. Perform technical support and administration under all environments13. Manage and maintain operating system patches in compliance with CoE recommendations15. Regularly review system logs and OS behavior to proactively monitor systems and address issues accordingly17. Understand business requirements and develop according to detailed design19. Design, build, test, and deploy project deliverables21. Deliver on time and budget23. Deliver project documentation25.
