This is an exciting time in our history, and by creating a new and ambitious path, it will provide a unique opportunity for us all, both professionally and personally.Join us as a Founder of our 'new' Sandoz!The Identity and Access Governance Lead will Implement the information security, governance and strategy. per the information management framework through business partnering.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Role RequirementsEnsure monitoring of information risk and proactive mitigation of issues. -Ensure systems and data are categorized in terms of their content type and the underlying importance and risk. -Ensures the security and compliance of projects and programs. -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or other relevant field.Certification or accreditation in Information Security (CISM, CISA, CISSP, AZURE, ITIL, etc), a plusFluent in written and spoken EnglishAt least 10 years of experience in Information Security; experience of running IAM operations in regulated environment a plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levels.Change Management Champion with experience in leading teams through large-scale IT change / transformation programsHighly experienced people leader with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams across wide geographiesAn entrepreneurial mindset driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and interest in technical advancements and trends.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and properly delegate work.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
