The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record in productivity management projects.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- General responsibilities:- Be the main leader for Productive initiatives across Flavors Division (Lean and Six Sigma methodologies)- Partner with Finance to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Productivity programs- Drive Productivity initiatives across Flavors Division:- Margin Expansion: partner with Supply Chain to identify opportunities to reduce/optimize plant fixed cost, input costs through Procurement and improve operational efficiency- Working Capital:- Develop and execute plans to improve working capital management, including inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.- Implement best practices for working capital management and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.- RSA Expenses: analyze and suggest improvement opportunities for R&D, Selling and Administrative expense across various departments and processes- Project Management:- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and senior management- Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with functional departments, business units to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization- Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniquesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
