We also value candidates with leadership aspirations or prior leadership experience in other fields, as we are committed to identifying and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.Full training will be provided to support your development and career progression.The hourly rate of $33.53 per hour is a starting rate. In addition, you will receive shift allowances of 15% for the afternoon shift and 20% for the night shift. As you build your experience in this role, you can secure a full-time position and earn higher pay rates.
