More than 18,000 employees and around 4.000 M€ revenue.They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee, based in Madrid, but providing services to their global organization.Description of the positionThey are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join the SSFF Team in Madrid.Working Experience- At least 3-5 years of practical work experience in the support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB; additional modules knowledge desirable).Mandatory skills- Experiences in system documentation.- Willingness to familiarize yourself with HR management processes and complex interrelationships.- Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL V3.- Practical work experience in using the SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and creating reports.- Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support.Key Responsibilities- Central contact person with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SSFF applications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).- Independent error analysis and correction as part of incident management.- Implementation of change requests.- Coordination of the SAP SSFF releases (preparation and processing).- Project work for the further development of SAP SSFF and other tools/systems.- Close cooperation with technical process owners within the HR area as well as with the IT area.- Creation of user documentation / creation of a knowledge database.- Conducting system tests.- Supervision of the development and test instances.- Support in setting up the IT service management processes.LanguagesEnglish: At least B2.Job locationMadrid.
