If you want to know more about us go to GMV website.WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?As Business Development Executive, you will work directly on business strategy development, reporting to the Business Development Director. You will be responsible for implementing new and innovative approaches to the sales process, including negotiation and client management, to drive business growth in the Security and Defense market at GMV. Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing industry trends to suggest improvements and/or expansion of SED-GMV's current product and service line.Early detection of opportunities and regular contact with clients.Preparing presentations and collaborating with the Marketing department for advertising purposes.Participating in the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities.Conducting and completing negotiations of commercial contracts with clients and subcontractors.Actively representing GMV at trade shows, conferences, and other events, as well as in meetings with national and international clients.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for business development experts with training and interest in this area. We will also value a solid background in engineering and the Security and Defense sector, demonstrating experience in:Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Representative, or Sales Support Engineer.Knowledge of the Defense and Security industry and market in Spain and internationally.Experience in preparing proposals and negotiating commercial contracts with clients and subcontractors.Ability to communicate complex technical issues, with effective presentation skills.High proficiency in both English and Spanish.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer.Personalized career plan development, training and language learning support.National and international mobility.
