This includes reviewing and validating maintenance, modifications, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with aviation authorities' requirements. The role involves collaborating with maintenance teams, flight operations, design engineers, and regulatory bodies to maintain or certify the ongoing airworthiness of aircraft.Main AccountabilitiesEnsure all aircraft meet national and international airworthiness standards as per regulatory authorities.Ensure compliance with the maintenance program.Interpret Airworthiness Directives (ADs) issued by regulatory authorities and ensure their timely incorporation into the fleet, with AMOS.Review manufacturer-issued Service Bulletins (SBs) and recommend actions to maintain airworthiness or enhance safety, with AMOS.Ensure all relevant modifications and repairs are incorporated and tracked within the aircraft's technical records, using AMOS.Conduct regular audits of aircraft and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with airworthiness standards.Support internal/external audits conducted by regulatory bodies and ensure all findings are addressed promptly, with Coruson.Compile incident / occurrence reports.Monitor the aircraft fleet for continued airworthiness, analysing reliability reports, operational data, and maintenance feedback.EducationBachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.Experience1-3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a related technical role, preferably within an airline, MRO, or aviation authority.Experience in managing or coordinating airworthiness activities, including compliance with ADs, SBs, and regulatory standards would be nice to have.Familiarity with airworthiness regulatory requirements, and standards from authorities like FAA, EASA, or CAA.CompetenciesKnowledge of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) regulations, and other relevant industry guidelines.Familiarity with reliability programs, maintenance planning, and technical data analysis.Knowledge in AMOS maintenance information system would be an asset.Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in the context of defect investigations and airworthiness issues
