Based in a key region, you will manage the product offering for Spain and Portugal hotels, with the possibility of shifting focus depending on business needs. Collaborating closely with the Contracts Manager, you will drive the implementation of market strategies, support operational platforms, and address partner needs, all while ensuring the success of our partnerships.In this role you will:As a Product Manager at WebBeds, you will manage a portfolio of hotel partners, ensuring the successful implementation of contracts and promotions while optimizing product offerings. You will assist with loading contracts, maintaining availability, and negotiating terms. Additionally, you will support hotel partners with platform training and provide data-driven insights to enhance product performance. Your role will involve close collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and alignment with market objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners, addressing their queries and operational needs.Assist with loading contracts via the Fresh Desk platform and managing last-minute offers.Regularly maintain hotel allocations, availability, and stop sales in line with business requirements.Collaborate with hotel partners and the Contracts Manager on special offers, promotions, and negotiations.Analyze production data to recommend and implement follow-up actions with stakeholders.Train hotel partners on supplier interfaces and extranet tools to maximize operational efficiency.Undertake competitive price comparisons for assigned destinations to ensure optimal rates.Assist with the mapping and loading of BAR contracts and the recovery of third-party bookings.Provide inter-departmental support to accounts, reservations, customer care, and content teams as needed.Handle a small portfolio of suppliers and inform Contracts Managers of potential leads or opportunities.Support urgent tasks during Contracts Manager business trips or other critical periods.The skills we would love to see in your suitcase.Strong commercial awareness within the travel industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly over the phone.Experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments.A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve challenges.Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.Ability to negotiate effectively and build collaborative relationships.Self-motivation, teamwork, and a 'can-do' attitude.Competence in managing multiple systems and prioritizing tasks
