We don't believe in the 'one size fits all' approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEAchieve double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.Be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data-driven organization, leveraging an on-offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e-commerce and management systems like CRM.Analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.Implement business development methodology: training, ride along, etc.Alignment of internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP.Monitoring implementation and results.30% of the time, key projects (eCommerce, external commercial team)WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsDegree or master's degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration or management+3 Years of Experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience...)+3 Years of experience related to business analytics or similareCommerce experienceKnowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BILocated in North of SpainHigh level of EnglishSkillsPossess excellent social skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a high level of organizational and creative competence.Demonstrate passion, energy, and a clear results-oriented focus with proven leadership skills.Maintain a Win-Win mindset when negotiating with clients.Be accustomed to working under pressure and within tight deadlines.Exhibit persuasive and influential abilities.LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
