In this role, you will play a key part in setting up and optimizing processes from scratch, implementing new tools, and training internal teams on these new processes. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant work experience and be well-versed in tools like Intercom, HubSpot, and Segment. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through efficient and scalable operations.TasksProcess Setup and Optimization:- Develop and implement revenue operations processes from scratch to enhance efficiency and scalability.- Continuously review and improve existing processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.Tool Implementation:- Assist in the selection, implementation, and integration of new tools and technologies to support revenue operations.- Ensure seamless integration of tools like Intercom, HubSpot, and Segment with existing systems.Training and Support:- Train internal teams on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure effective adoption and utilization.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to internal teams regarding revenue operations tools and processes.Collaboration:- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to implement new initiatives that drive revenue growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and strategies.Data Management and Analysis:- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all revenue operations tools and systems.- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue operations.RequirementsEducation and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in revenue operations or a similar role.- Previous B2B SaaS experience is a must.Skills and Competencies:- Strong experience with Intercom, HubSpot. Segment experience is a strong plus.- Proven ability to set up and optimize processes from scratch.- Excellent training and communication skills to effectively onboard and support internal teams.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
