External candidates with experience in Hematology will be considered in this process. It is imperative that the individual joining the team demonstrates teamwork capability, intrinsic motivation, customer orientation, and long-term commitment to the project. Innovation and creativity in developing the marketing plan for the launch of new products are expected.In this role, you will...Designing, executing, and ensuring compliance with the product marketing plan according to the company's strategic guidelines and National Plans.Leading the Brand team, integrating all areas/functions involved and ensuring coordination, alignment among them and managing promotional budget to maximize investment, while respecting product strategy and company guidelines.Analyzing product evolution, effectiveness of marketing plan actions, competition, and designing alternative strategies, tactics and maintaining contact with key customers to understand market needs.Coordinating with the Global team to adapt marketing strategies to local market needs.
