More experienced lawyers will predominantly deal with multi-track claims.Training: Embrace the training provided and the support given to all new starters from our 'Training Team' to assist in your legal development, the litigation process and with handling litigated claims more generally.Clear Case Strategy: With support where needed, devising clear case strategies, balancing the commercial interests of both the firm and the client.Client and Firm Needs: Ensure work meets client needs, firm's commercial requirements, and quality standards.Working collaboratively: Where required, work collaboratively with other teams ensuring that you build your internal network of contacts.Technical Expertise: Apply current technical expertise and case law to each claim whilst also maintaining and developing technical knowledge through training sessions and reading relevant publications.Engage with Clients: Engage with clients and support business development plans to maximize opportunities to meet and build rapport, always acting as an ambassador of the firm.What you will do- Effectively run the file to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusion
