We do this today to build a better tomorrow.The role of Learning & Training Expert in the Commercial area is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that drive the performance and development of the commercial team.
This key position seeks to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to achieve the company's commercial objectives.Your Responsibilities:Design and Implementation of Training Programs: Develop and coordinate training programs that address the identified needs of the commercial team.Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training through surveys, direct feedback, and analysis of commercial performance, proposing continuous improvements.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, Commercial Excellence experts, Service, and marketing to ensure that training is aligned with the company's strategies and objectives.Management of Training Resources: Select and manage external training providers, as well as develop internal materials and resources.Coaching and Mentoring: Provide individualized coaching and mentoring for commercial team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.Reports and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on training activities and their impact on the commercial team's performance.Follow-up and adoption of regional trainings (EMEA-LATAM) in the affiliate.Your Profile:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in similar training or personnel development roles in a commercial environment.Experience in transforming commercial organizations, particularly valued in the B2B sector.Experience in commercial methodology (complex sales): SPIN, Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc.

Knowledge of agile organizations and their real implementation in specific organizations will be valued.Skills: Excellent influencing and organizational mobilization skills, commitment to execution, communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies
