Aimed at high-growth SMEs, they have experienced great development in recent years and today bring together more than 150 companies with an aggregate value of €19 billion. BME Scaleup is a recently launched market, specialized in smaller companies, classified as "scale ups".What will your job be like? Our team is multidisciplinary and works in an agile and collaborative way so that more and more small companies can finance their growth in the stock market. It analyses candidate companies and follows them once they have joined. It is also responsible for attracting Startups and Scaleups through the Pre-Market Environment initiative. Additionally, it serves other types of companies on Latibex, the only euro market for securities in Latin America.What You Will DoAnalysis and selection of candidate companies (business model, financial statements, risks, corporate structure, etc.) for BME Growth and BME Scaleup.Management of files for admission of companies to the market and subsequent financial operations. Preparation of supporting reports and statistics.Monitoring of information provided by companies (periodic financial information, relevant information, news, etc.).Identification and monitoring of potential investors.Organization of business meetings: Medcap Forum, Latibex Forum.What You BringGraduate with a Master's degree (or equivalent).Knowledge in accounting analysis, financial information, financing sources, financial analysis, business valuation techniques, and corporate and stock market law.Some experience in Venture Capital and startup financing and/or in the areas of auditing, Corporate Finance or financial or stock market analysis teams will be especially valued.High level of English (C1, Advance or equivalent).Good ability to interact with third parties, communication skills, public presentations, etc. Ability to work in a team.
