You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll manage a team which performs the design of IXL Application to be applied to the stations and blocks to be developed.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, software development), manage system requirements implementation and validation, for ALSTOM IXL projects (electronic interlocking) and much more.We'll look to you for:Manage IXL deployment team with more than 25 resources and 2 different solutions: EBILock and Smartlock.IXL team competency management to increase production capacity.Alignment with Alstom strategy regarding transfer to BCC.Understand system requirements, as set by customer, and carry out gap analysis towards ALSTOM standard platform.Collaborate with other engineering team members and other disciplines of the project.Coordinate IXL engineering activities to match customer's requirements, considering Quality/Cost/Delivery (QCD) objectives of the project.Ensure compliance with the customer's requirements aligned with ALSTOM standard platform policy.Customer interface for technical topics.Ensure the correct feedback on future projects, using the return of experience coming back from V & V processes.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.

Others can be accepted.At least ten (10) years of previous experience in Electronic Interlocking Design activities, with good knowledge of Signalling for Railways.Good knowledge of EBILock and/or Smartlock solution.English: fluent, written and spoken.Updated to latest customer regulations.Committed with deadlines.Programming and automation skills.Rigorous, team worker, process-oriented, results-oriented, proactive.Must be able to work closely with the project team and provide appropriate technical solutions and support.Must have strong motivational skills, and must be able to establish positive relationships with other Alstom departments to ensure maximum success for the company.Capability to establish good relationships with internal and external people (customer or other units)
