DescriptionMission Statement:As a Global Talent Data Specialist, your mission is to leverage advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making throughout our organization.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, applying statistical modeling and data visualization skills to ensure data quality and enable informed decisions within the Talent & Rewards (Talent Acquisition, Capacity & Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Rewards) function.Main AccountabilitiesT&R Data Analytics:1.
Gather and transform organizational raw data into actionable insights.2.
Design and coordinate the deployment of analytical tools, metrics, and reports to inform business decisions.Functional Expertise:1.
Understand Talent related processes.2.
Provide expertise in People Analytics methodologies.3.
Act as the C&WP subject matter expert (SME) and Technical Admin for dedicated tools.Stakeholder Management:1.
Collaborate with CoE Functional Leaders and BU SPOCS.2.
Pivot the coordination with HR Ops and IT, when applicable.3.
Translate data findings into meaningful recommendations.Technical Proficiency:1.
Excel: Proficient in data manipulation, formulas, and visualization.2.
Power BI: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations.3.
Power Query: Extract, transform, and load data efficiently.4.
SQL (nice to have): Query databases for advanced analysis.Data Quality Focus:1.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Talent data.2.
Implement Data Governance Practices.Proactive and Innovative Approach:1.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.2.

Excellent Skills in Excel, Power BI and Power Query.2.
