We support HR and Management to unleash the strengths, skills, and full potential of your people and teams, combining our viral change approach and our huapii platform to make it stick.Your responsibilities :Create new functionalities for our platformAssist in the technical design and implementation of our platformHelp define target architecture for new featuresEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirementsWork with the product team to define technical requirementsParticipate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standardsYour skills and qualifications :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar2 years of relevant experience in any of the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot framework, NodeJS, designing and implementing RESTful APIs, DevOps practices and tools (e.G., Git, Jenkins, Docker)Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Firebase is a plusStrong communication skills with a growth and learning mindsetFluent in English; French or Dutch is a plusWe prefer to have someone on-site in Brussels twice a week.
