You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. As a Network Technician, you will: Work closely with our Network Engineering & Network Technical Project Manager teams to ensure fast, smooth rollout of established designs and products.Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows.Collaborate with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including troubleshooting of network device configuration and low-level application interaction.Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.Specify Power and Cooling requirements and ensure Hardware Racking/Stacking is completed for new equipment.Complete customer requests via Remedy trouble ticketing system and project management workflows.Participate in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.Ability to travel within geographical work area is required; some travel outside traditional work area may be requested.Physical Requirements: The ability to sit in front of a computer for the entire scheduled 8-hour shift with appropriate breaks while maintaining a high level of alertness and attention to detail.Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school or equivalent diploma.Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.Good command of English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
